When I suggested the best course of action would be to put similar bindings on his progeny, she did not react well.
What's her reasoning? Is she trying to say it's not innate to a creature like that to do harm? The laws here are pretty explicit against punishing people for crimes they haven't yet committed. [Infuriatingly.]
Apparently. [Sabriel's skepticism is pretty clear.] I assume she's feeding them herself, since the government isn't providing them with blood. And she thought it was acceptable for the dead to harm the living.
There's also the possibility that even if they're harmless on their own- which I doubt- an imPort with powers similar to mine could make use of them- I don't think there are any around at the moment, but that could change.
