There weren't any fatalities. I worked with another imPort- Billy Kaplan.
He put a spell on Pan that bounced any spell he tried to cast on someone else onto himself. After that, subduing him was relatively simple, although I'm afraid the spell wore off shortly after- not before I was able to get a nullifying cuff on him though.
Also, at some point I'd like to speak with you about improving RISE's ability to respond to supernatural threats. Right now, I think I'm the only mage among our number.

Given my own roll in stopping him in Heropa, and arresting him- I think I should recuse myself from the tribunal, if there is one.
