Last I checked, he spent the past summer trying to usher in the god damned apocalypse. So it seems to me we have quite a bit more leeway before we're as bad as he is.
This is why politicians piss me off. Never the courage to actually accomplish what needs doing. If you hadn't noticed, there's a war and my attention is divided.

I don't care if your attention is divided. My job is to make sure we stay in the government -- and the general populace's good graces -- I'm not saying don't arrest him, I'm saying just fucking charge him next time you bring him in for killing someone. It'll make all of our lives easier.

I expect you to try him, and and bring charges against him. It's illegal to hold someone without charging them.
