I seem to have been Ported out for several months- is there anything important I missed? What's the situation with RISE in regard to the natives who posses powers?
The empowering of natives was the most significant development. Thus far, I haven't pushed to include them in our jurisdiction... yet. It makes sense for us to be the ones to take down any rogue elements, but trying them in our tribunal may be a bridge too far for the civilian leadership.
