The testimony of the deceased. I know Lucifer can teleport, and one of the victims said they recognized one of the men that attacked them but didn't know him- they thought they might have seen him on television.

Not nearly enough to convict him, obviously, but enough to cast suspicion.

I can't imagine the existing laws are written to account for the possibility of the dead testifying as to their own murder.

It could be a clever illusion. They'd have to come up with something only they would've known in life.

Well, we could have those who know them ask questions only they would know. But hopefully we'll get enough evidence that they can just pass on.
